Directions

Apply the “prime” to bare lips and blend in to help hold color to the lips all day. Use the “plump”  sparingly alone or on top of primer or color to achieve a naturally fuller lip.

Note: The lip plumper contains natural cinnamon extract which is designed to stimulate blood flow to the lips and cause a temporary 'plumped' effect.  You should expect to experience a temporary tingling sensation and slight warmth to the lips shortly after application.
