You thought you’d seen it all when we exposed the heel-less shoes as worn by celebrities and models in 2009 but check out these Alexander McQueen 10-inch high Armadillo shoes!

Although they were recently paraded down the runway and later spotted on the likes of Daphne Guinness and Lady Gaga, it seems Alexander McQueen's ten inch tall stilettos didn't find their way onto the feet of some of the fashion set. Apparantly, models Abbey Lee Kershaw, Natasha Poly and Sasha Pivovarova refused to wear the precarious pairs and were therefore cut from the designer's show.

The leaves are starting to fall; it’s getting darker when we go to and from work, college or school. Autumn is upon us and after having nearly no summer whatsoever we’re ready to jump into autumn and see what we’ll be wearing on our faces for the next six months.

Girl of the moment Cheryl Cole premiered her first solo single ‘Fight for this Love’ on Radio 1’s breakfast show with Chris Moyles on Monday.

Cheryl, who is well known for her love of fashion and glamour girl looks, has ventured out on her own with her first single without Girls Aloud proving she could be a force to be reckoned with after being compared to Kylie by fellow X Factor judge Louis Walsh.

While Cheryl’s no stranger to being on X Factor if the rumour mill reports are true then we could see her performing her new single on one of the live shows. If this is true how will her singing compare to the finalists? We all saw the performance of Girls Aloud last year and can’t say it was pitch perfect.

Cheryl's debut solo album will reportedly feature the singer in collaboration with Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am who she worked with last yaer as part of a Girls Aloud show, Xenomania and Taio Cruz.

A recent Clothes show survey showed that London is top trumps when it comes to fashion and has been voted the UK’s Most Stylish City.

Beating off other fashion focused cities London came top with 28% of the votes with  Birmingham and Manchester both following close behind.

While London won the Most Stylish award it was Birmingham that wiped the floor winning two fashion accolades. Birmingham City was awarded as Most Inventive with Fashion with 22% while London only got 17% of the votes and the second award for the Brummies was for City Most Open to New Looks.
